About Us
Vineyard Dynamics was was formed in 2009 by Andrew Sacha with his son, James, following his 30 years spent working in the Sports Development sector that included 20 years at Sport England based in London.
Andrew's passion for agriculture, horticulture and in recent times, viticulture stemmed from his upbringing and his father's lifelong involvement in market gardening in both Fernhurst, Sussex and Esher, Surrey.
Andrew was brought up on the market garden in Esher and well into his early 20s regularly worked on the farm, involved predominantly in the vegetable production.
In recent times Andrew successfully attended and passed the Principles in Vinegrowing course at Plumpton College, East Sussex.
Andrew's particular interest and one of the priorities for Vineyard Dynamics will be the Evaluating and Improving of Vineyard sites and the ongoing management and maintenance of Vineyard Estates. Also, the management and maintenance of gardens and estates in and around Surrey, Hants and Sussex.
